OUR ELDERS

Bob Wiebe - Our Church Chairmain
Bob has attended the SEFC since its inception, has served in various ministries and as our chairman for several years. He is happily married to Marion and together they have two grown daughters, two sons-in-law and one grandson. Bob works at the Saskatoon Co-op Home Center as a Home Consultant and loves to spend time outdoors with his dog, Jake.

Ben Negere
Ben met his wife Lydia while she was a missionary nurse in Ethiopia. They have two grown daughters and 4 grandchildren. Ben is on our Missions Team and volunteers with several humanitarian organizations. Although retired, they lead a very busy life with their family, hosting, volunteering and assisting immigrants in various ways.

Reg Willems
Reg & Ivy joined the SEFC family about 4 years ago. They raised 5 children during their career as missionaries to Guatemala, 2 of which have chosen overseas mssions as well. They are grandparents to (almost) 10 grandchildren. Reg is a truck driver as well as a licensed pilot.

James McMullough
James is married to Jeannette and they have 2 beautiful young adult daughters. This family has attended the SEFC since the girls were small and have both served in different areas. James works for the Federal Goverment in funding grants for youth programs and is currently training to run various marathons.
Matt Thiessen
Matt & his wife Monica have 3 lively little boys and a new daughter. Both Matt and Monica are very involved in the church. Matt is the director of our kids program, Club DJ and Monica leads a worship team. Matt has his own contracting buisiness while Monica runs a hairdressing shop from her home and home schools her children.
Matt Peters
Matt and his wife Kim have attended our church for about 8 years. They have two children, Tyler and Daelyn. Matt is a tool mechanic, and Kim is an educator. Kim is also our Sunday School director.
